Advertising goods not available

I app**** for a contract phone the huawei p8 which was advertise as a promotion in Telkom mobile latest booklets. I did the application on the 1 October and received an sms that it was approved about a day or so later. <br> <br> We were advised that the phone was not currently available and we must wait for 7 to 14 working days. Today is 27 days later and no contact whatsoever has been made with me from telkom. I have sent 2 emails to [Email Removed] to inquire if the is any feedback but have received no reply. <br> <br> Why does telkom advertise goods they don't have in stock and if there were unforeseen circumstances, why will they not at least contact me to advise on what is going on? <br> <br> This is not on and is unacceptable.
