Advertising falsely

2016/02/08 I went over to Westgate Telkom. In the booklet it is advertised that the Huawei P8 is available in all Telkom stores for upgrading... Also looked in the booklet and it CLEARLY says that when upgrading you can bring in your ID and proof of residence... NOTHING ABOUT PAYSLIPS!!! Yesterday i spoke to a very rude and *****y little girl Daniella... She works at Telkom... NEVER IN MY LIFE HAVE I FELT I COULD STRANGLE THE LIFE OUT OF SOMEONE THE WAY I FELT WHEN SHE OPENED HER MOUTH AND ALL THAT CAME OUT WAS RUDE RUDE RUDE RUDE!!! Eventually I spoke to the manager Bongi who was quite pleasant and very helpful. This is false advertising in your booklets and I am sure to take this matter up to the Consumer Protection Act... This is NOT acceptable at all!!!! RECTIFY THIS IMMEDIATELY!!!
