Advertising deals but can't/won't supply goods

As usual Telkom offer great deals but can't deliver. I need to upgrade and my wife and I decided we both want the Huawei Mate 7. It's advertised online [URL Removed] and in their physical brochure. There's even an example as part of their in-store display but when I asked if I can get them the answer is no. I asked the sales lady in store and she couldn't tell me when/if they'd be able to get stock. I've emailed eight other Telkom stores with no response, I got the addresses from the online store finder. <br> <br> I'm not going to apply for something that they don't physically have in stock again as last time it took 6 weeks for them to find stock of the router they were heavily advertising, not just one device among many. I asked if they had any of the other devices I would accept as second choice but again, no stock. Unless Telkom manages to sort their stock problems out soon I'm going to lay a complaint of false advertising with the advertising complaints commission.
