Advertise but dont have stock

To Whom it may concern <br> <br> I would like to know why it is that telkom is able to advertise a samsung galaxy S7 EDGE<br> But no one has stock of these items or can tell me when stock will be received <br> <br> So far as i'm concerned it is false advertising to say that you can upgrade to a new phone within the month of march and receive a VR gear headset with your upgrade but YOU are unable to supply me with the handset from the start now i will forfeit a great deal and make this deal seem like its not worth this.<br> <br> Also Why is it that it is on all media adverts but available at None of your stores <br> <br> and while we are busy <br> i would also like to inform you that as a TELECOMMUNICATIONS provider <br> you are one of the hardest companies to get a hold of as all of the telephone numbers as can be found on search engines go to a voicemail or is unavailable <br> <br> Please can someone tell me how hard it is to receive stock of the S 7Edge as I would like to upgrade to it and i'honestly not keen to move to another service provider again <br> <br> I would have liked to upgrade by the 11th of march already but to my disappointment no one at any of the telkom branches can assist <br> <br> <br> PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS MATTER
