Adverse listing by Telkom for Cellphone Contract

Telkom has listed me negatively on ITC for more than 8 years. In my attempt to rectify this situation, everybody who attempts to assist me never gets to the bottom of the problem while my creditworthiness continues to diminish. I've shared proof of payments to the account and according to them, it is not recognized. I wrote seeking solutions from them so the matter could be resolved, but I openly ignored
