ADSL/Phone line down

3 weeks, third time that we have no internet or landline. Technician comes to the house (unannounced) within 4 days, restores the line, but within a few days no service again. Come on Telkom, I pay for a 2 mbps line, have never received this speed, but haven't complained. All I want at this stage is an internet connection that works all day, every day.
