Adsl wifi not working for 2months

In december i moved to a new home so i needed to moved my adsl wifi line, i called telkom in december they sent out a technician the technician said there a problem with the line they will come back the next day but nobody came back the whole of december. In January i called telkom again they told me the technician marked the problem as solved on the 7th december but this not true they then sent the technician again and they arrived on the 9th January 2018and said the same thing that there a problem with the line and will come back the next day and did not come back on the 12th January 2018 i went in store to cancel contract because i will be paying for 2months with no wifi and they said it not possible cause it on contract they then called customer care again and the consultant said the problem was sorted out on the 7 december 2017 which i said again this is false up to today no technician has come to sort my line out
