ADSL Wifi line

I have had this telkom wifi ADSL line just over 6 months but it has been more not working than working. Plus when I log a fault they take more than two weeks to come out. In the time it is broken I am spending more on data than the monthly subscription and will cost to much to get out of the contract. Please assist with a solution.
