Adsl wifi is useless and connected for nothing its off most of the time!

I recently installed an Adsl link in my home from Telkom and its been off for the last 2/3 weeks without any assistance gotten from Telkom to update me on what's happening Iv tried calling their call centre on 26th of November at 19h45 and held on for 14min with finally running out of airtime which was one of many attempts could someone please advice me on what too do their service is bad as hell I feel ******
