ADSL went from 10mb to < 1mb
<p>Hello,</p> <p> </p> <p>I have had ADSL running for YEARS at 10mb and ever since Telkom 'UPGRADED' the line in the area, I've had constant problems and this has been for MONTHS!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Right now, I can't even sync at 1mb, it's connecting at 802k and the technicians ALL just throw their arms up in the air saying this is only what I can get in the area!</p> <p> </p> <p>Like I've said, I've had 10mb for YEARS and these useless people just cannot seem to fix my line. How difficult can it be if it was working for so long and now I can't even connect at 1mb!!</p> <p> </p> <p>I NEED MY LINE FIXED AS I WORK FROM HOME AND I WANT A REFUND FOR THE PAST MONTHS OF NOT PROVIDING ME FOR WHAT I'VE BEEN PAYING!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Christopher</p>
