Adsl waiting 2 months for installation

<p>We went to Telekom for our adsl installation the people came to install it and said the cables were ****** so they said it will take a week to come and Fix the problem, a week after they said that there where people to install it again and same problem very unhappy we expect it to be done like it said it was.</p>
