ADSL upload drop to zero
For months I am complaining about my ADSL speed. On a Talkom speed test, the upload speed drop to zero. The Area Manager visited and suggested a change in exchange. Weeks later a tech called and said he is arranging a changeover. Weeks later and still waiting.
