ADSL upgrade gone wrong

Telkom sold us an ADSL upgrade from 4mb to 10mb advising we would get a free DSTV explorer and a new modem. The upgrade does not show on Telkom's system so we can't collect the promised DSTV Explorer and new modem.<br> <br> My husband was phoned to advise the upgrade was done but no followup to check if we are happy. My mobile no is on the papers and nobody called me. I was promised an email which never arrived. I left a message for the salesperson but am still waiting for a call. We have been a customer for 10 years.<br> <br> Sadly the customer service and care appears to be a bit lacking.
