ADSL to VDSL upgrade

I pretty much had enough now.<br> When 20mbs VDSL was introduced in the Sinoville area a while ago i upgraded and my 20mbs VDSL was working perfectly. I used it for a few months and never had any problems.<br> <br> Due to the fact that i did not use the 20mbs VDSL to its full potential at that stage i downgraded back to 10mbs.<br> <br> Now i want to upgrade back to 20mbs VDSL which i did have previously, and working without issues. The only thing is now Telkom tells me my line is not good enough and cannot sync at 20mbs. The more i tell them i had 20mbs previously the more they tell me its not possible.<br> <br> Telkom did send a technician out about a month ago and my line was upgrade to 20mbs and was working fine for 2 days reaching stable speed of 18mbs using speedtest. Then my line suddenly went dead. a technician came out again and got my line to work but then they downgrade me back to 10mbs because according to them i cannot sync on 20mbs. This right after it was working for 2 days.<br> <br> Up to now there was no further investigation done in to the matter. I need 20mbs VDSL and Telkom just dont seem to be interested at all to give me service.<br> <br> This sucks, DSL: ***
