ADSL to VDSL profile change

My telkom line has recently been upgraded to 20MB/s. I specifically app**** for a VDSL connection. I note however that my line is syncing on ADSL2+. Numerous calls to both your sales and technical department (who keep on transferring me to each other) have been fruitless in getting the port profile changed...
