Adsl to Fiber upgrade

hi there <br> <br> It has been since January 2015 when some one came to my house from telkom and asked me to upgrade my adsl line to fibre optic and i was interested and they offered me some package, they took my details and then it was mentioned by them it will be upgraded in 2 to 3 weeks and from then till end February there was no reply from them. in march i saw a telkom campaign outside our Estate and stopped by them and asked them what was happening with the services and they made me fill up the details and offered me the same package with free DSTV explora and i signed the paper work and full filled the documentation as required by them, they promised this time the installation will take place in 2 weeks and then same kept on phoning them and eventually end of April or beginning may the line was installed but when i asked the installers about the explora they seem to know nothing about it and i phoned the gentleman who assisted me and since then he is keep on giving me excuses that this week or next week and now it is almost 2 months and today it was told by him i can take the matter to further. is it gonna be solved or not please reply. <br> <br> thanks<br> <br> A Qasim
