ADSL - Telkom worst ever!

Tried various numbers, the ADSL from telkom are so slow, not to mention telephone service - as there is none. The internet is slow as telkoms service. ********** 176 Fix it before day end or no bill will be paid.

after having the port reset done on the evening of the 16. Would you please advise if the service is still slow or if it is now working correctly.
