ADSL TELKOM service

App**** for adsl line would have been installed it today, no one showed. Phoned they told me it was rescheduled for 29, in the mean time I receive a bill for line I dont have? Want to dispute this was told cant do anything until line is installed. Mean time waiting and hoping they install it next week after receiving a number that would make it faster to install ......
