ADSL TECHNICIAN LEFT INSTALLATION INCOMPLETE!!!

Dear Telkom

The guy that came to my home to install my adsl line literally just connected it and left everything i.e. Chords, cables, router on my kitchen counter top. WHAT AM I GOING TO DO WITH MY ROUTER IN MY KITCHEN???? According to the technician, his glue gun ran out of glue and he was going to get more to run the cabling to where the router needed to be placed. He left and never came bac**** I now have a router and cables thrown on my kitchen counter which looks incredibly untidy. This is unacceptable! PLEASE GET YOUR VERY *********** AND **** OF A TECHNICIAN TO PLEASE COMPLETE WHAT HE STARTED AND NEATEN UP MY ROUTER INSTALLATION BY PLACING IT WHERE IT NEEDED TO GO !!

This is unacceptable service. Why can you guys not do something properly the first time????

PLEASE SORT THIS OUT ASAP AS MY KITCHEN IS A MESS.
