ADSL switched off for no reason

<p>Today driving home from work i got an sms saying that my ADSL has been switched as per my request. I thought well Telkom sent the message to me by mistake.</p> <p>I get home and indeed the service is switched off. I had to use my cellphone to call the 10210 number because the landline doesnt work.</p> <p> </p> <p>I called the first time and agent informed me that the service was activated. But still couldnt get on the net.</p> <p> </p> <p>So i call again and the agent says let me put you through to billing. Whaaat for? My account is up to date...! Now i dont have internet nor a landline that works.</p> <p>I think the experience is horse manure !</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
