Adsl sucks

I have a 2mbps line with telkom but the speed sucks!!!! Keep on logging faults the repport comes back the fault has been fixed but the speed is still slower than a snail. This is pathetic service for the price I pay. Cannot download anything it takes ages!!!!! To open my emails takes a good one hour, facebook is a nightmare not to mention google and othe search engines. Why advertise on tv about this fantastic service but we cannot use it? Everybody in the suburb who uses telkom is fedup!!!!
