ADSL STILL NOT WORKING 3 WEEKS

TELKOM has given me nothing but atrocious service for the last 3 weeks to date. My internet supposedly should be uncapped but I cannot properly use it at any time. Reported 3 times with 3 fault numbers and nothing has been done. The Call Centre staff run through the same things with me which makes no difference I have to pay for this.
