ADSL still not installed

<p>I've app**** for adsl on 2 Feb at Cresta branch and no one has even bothered to call me back with any update or feedback. What the he'll am I supposed to do to get some service from your useless company!!!! ID ********** 230086. I've even complained on Facebook and was promised that someone would contact me. </p>
