ADSL STILL NOT ACTIVE AFTER 2.5 MONTH WAIT

Telkom took EIGHT weeks, from July 18th 2015 (date of application) to Sept 22nd to install a new landline in my house. On Sept 22nd they said ADSL would be active in 72 hours. Then they REVISED it to say it would be active by 29th September. ADSL is STILL NOT ACTIVATED and we work online and are spending 1800 ZAR per month on sim card data for 2.5 months now. Last phone call to call centre on October 1st we were eventually told that ADSL would be activated 'some time in October' due to a problem with 'configuration of cables'. Everyone here has ADSL active and working properly so this is a ridiculous excuse. We have been waiting since JULY for this line and we are fed up with not having received service. We want our ADSL active IMMEDIATELY as we have waited too many weeks and lost too much money already. Order#***
