adsl still deactivated

after being down a week, due to lines ******, telkom eventually replaced the lines, but somehow managed to cancell my adsl without my authorisation, now it's been another week to get it reactivated and it's still down. they said it would tak up to 48 hours to reactivate and it's been 5 days now, what the hell.
