ADSL speeds in Lenasia pathetic. Telkom wont help!

Good Day<br> I have tried to get an issue resolved for a very long time. The ADSL speeds in Lenasia particularly peak times are just pathetic. My current 4mbps line has a download speed of 0.09mbps during peak times. I have logged numerous calls, either myself or through my ISP. I have even tried to get attention to this issue on twitter but again to no avail. The problem persists. The issue is the Telkom exchanges and old infrastructure that slows down ADSL speeds once the exchange has more traffic. When can we expect better speeds in the area?
