ADSL speed unacceptable
My ADSL line connectivity was extremely poor about 8 weeks ago, or at least that's when I first thought about it. I logged a number of faults since that time. It's now at last 8 weeks and all I get from Telkom on hellopeter, Facebook and Twitter is we apologise for fault and someone will contact you. I have a list of at least seven or more fault reports etc and NOT EVEN ONCE HAS SOMEONE ACTUALLY CONTACTED ME! Eventually last week I called and spoke to someone who suggested that I get a linked sim from Telkom shop in the interim. I go to Telkom shop Clearwater only to be told yes we have the sim in stock but we can't give it to you because we are offline!!!!! A telecommunications company whose core business is connectivity and they are offline! There is no excuse for this in this day and age of cellular and other forms of connectivity. I HAVE HAD IT WITH TELKOM. DONT GO NEAR THEM. LESS THAN THIRD WORLD SERVICE AND CAPABILITY! #TELKOMMUSTFALL
