ADSL speed issues

Good Day,<br> <br> <br> I was hoping to enquire about the ADSL speed at which I am currently<br> billed, not matching with what I can actually achieve.<br> Attached are but two examples of the speed at which I am able to<br> achieve, being a 2Mb/s line, whereas am being charged for a 4Mb/s<br> line.<br> <br> I read about a press release on granting customers the opportunity to<br> rebate their ADSL line speeds.<br> <br> After sending an email to [Email Removed] about this - with all relevant proof, no response was obtained.<br> As well as numerous complaints have been ignored.<br> <br> I am STILL being charged for ADSL speeds I am not getting
