ADSL Speed in lenasia

<p>I would like to find out why ADSL speen in Lenasia is limited to 10 MBPS. Lenasia is quite a developed area with a relatively large population. In comparison, Westonaria, which is a small town compared to Lenasia has ADSL up to 20 MBPS which is utterly ridiculous to me. In addition, there is no fibre available in Lenasia either.</p> <p> </p> <p>Comon Telkom, get your act together and upgrade our infrastructure.</p>
