ADSL Speed

We have uncapped ADSL for Business use for which we pay a significant amount of money every month.<br> The norm for a good connection is 35 Mbps and a real good connection can run up to 75 Mbps. We are operating at between 1-2 Mbps on average for Uploads and Downloads and there is nothing we can do about it<br> Telkom holds the Monopoly in terms of the supply of the ADSL lines throughout RSA<br> The only means to contact them is via their call center at telephone number 10210<br> This call center is virtually non existent as you would be extremely lucky if they answer your call at all
