ADSL-shedding?
After struggling with poor or non-existent ADSL service in the Simola area for more than a year, there is now a new snag. After loadshedding the exchange remains off for some time, or in tonight's case, never gets bank online. ADSL has been off since 22.00 last night and neither an online fault report or automated report does anything. Neither does holding on for an hour to their call centre. What a wonderful company!
