ADSL Router - Not working - Asking for help

Hi <br> <br> I am writing out of pure desperation. My mothers ADSL router does not transmit a wifi signal. We have tried EVERYTHING, but we have received no help Our Reference nr is B535CRK160915, the latest in a very long row of reference nrs. We have been in to the telkom shop many times. She is now paying for a service that does not work. Please can you send out a technician? I believe it might be a hardware issue? <br> <br> We need Help please. <br> <br> Very Desperate <br> Natalia
