In June last year, I downgraded my Telkom ADSL account from FASTEST to FAST. I then assumed that this woudl revert back to what I was originally paying for my Telkom ADSL 'fast account'. However, my Telkom bill didn't drop drastically. I contacted Telkom to say that I am still paying a high amount and they said to me that I am still being charged for TElkom Uncapped +. They todl me that by taking this away, NOTHING would change - as this shoud have been done when I originally downgraded. I then logged a dispute, no ***4. Finding it unfair that I had been paying for a service and receivigng no additonal benefit. I have now been told that the dispute has been rejected because I used the data!!!! I am on TELKOM UNCAPPED and have been paying for UNCAPPED. So what data have I been using. What have I been paying for? Instead of downgrading me, when I requested, I have been paying for a service that I have never used. Please explain this!!!!
