ADSL PROBLEM

More that a year ago , i had my internet installed, but as from the begin i had issues with my internet just going of then poping back up again . i have reported this issue more that 10 times and nothing is being done about it . On the 28th December 2015 +- i logged a fault . i have received a call and again explained my problem . then i was told i will be charged if no fault could be fined .<br> On the 31ste Dec 2015 i technician called me he was ''attending to the problem '' . Yeah right .... problem still there . So i called tonight 4 Jan 2016 .As per consultant he can see there was a tech send out but complain was open and shut . *** CAN I DO ...
