Adsl & phone line down over 2 weeks

Adsl and phone line went down on 22 Aug. Was reported on 22 Aug via the app and on 23 Aug tech was on site and said it was a cable fault. On 24 Aug tech was back on site and said that there is no problem on their side. To date the service is still totally down and has not been restored. This service needs to restored ad a matter of urgency.
