ADSL, Paying for 4mb coverage only 2mb

<p>Hi Andre here. I had a 4mb line with Telkom for years then all of a sudden it changed to a 2mb line. Telkom claims maximum speed in my area is only 2mb and i never had 4mb. I asked, if this is true why are you charging me for 4mb, is this normal Telkom practice to charge for something you cannot supply? Well now i got a dispute ref nr. ********** 2 11/30/2016 but no answer in 3 months and still only 2mb line speed. Wow in the days of 10Gig fiber line im still struggling with dial-up!</p>
