ADSL out of order for more than a month

ADSL not working for more than a month. Has been reported numerous times. I am a student that depends on the ADSL service for my studies. Paid for a service that does not exist!!! I can't be without the internet . Most of my assignments needs to be submitted online. Fault report ref no. 416CTK270917
