ADSL Order takes 2 months
<p>ordered a 24-month contract of 4MBs Uncapped Telkom Home ADSL Package on 2017/06/09 of R599 p/m - incl the Modem + installation and connection. I have not had any technician or agent call me since: and we are still waiting for the Installation and Service to happen? It has now been more than a month, and the Call Center assured me that the Installation would only take 7 - 14 days after the Order was placed.</p> <p>I spoke to a respresentative from Telkom Escalation Centre and a Call Centre Sales agent AGAIN on 21 July 2017, who assured me the installation will take place asap; and she provided me with the ORDER No ********** 59A - but still NO agent, installation nor response from Telkom since?</p> <p>It has now been almost two months since I first app**** and contacted Telkom for the ADSL Installation - this is appalling?!</p>
