ADSL on and mostly off for whole month

<p>My ADSL line and line rental is with telkom. I make use of two different ISP's for data. My ADSL keeps dropping and has constant issues for the past month. I need internet to work afterhours for my job, I can't even check my email. I am so frustrated. I don't see why I have to be paying my account for this month since I didn't even have internet to use. I .I have logged numerous faults and nothing is being done about it. The service from telkom's side is disgraceful.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
