ADSL of Telkom

I have ordered a 10Mbps line from Telkom on 12 January 2018 The line were to be installed on 17 January 2018 On 17 January 2018 I phoned Telkom as the line were not installed I was informed that only a 4mbps line can be installed, I requested them to change the order and to install the 4mbps line. Later the month I phoned again, where I was informed that that only a 4mbps line can be installed, once again I requested them to change the order and to install the 4mbps line. On 31 January I spoke to Telkom again, the consultant told me the line will be installed on 12 February 2018. On 12 February 2018 I phoned them again, as the line was not installed, Yet again I was informed that the 10mbps line can not be installed and only a 4mbps, Once again I asked the consultant to change the order to a 4mbps line.
