ADSL now gets zero support

I logged a call on Telkom's website on 7/9/2016 because my ADSL was failing to synch. No response after a week. So I chatted online with a support staff member. She assured me that a technician was being despatched immediately. Still no contact, I then phoned their support desk on 21/9/2016. He said he would make a note that it was urgent, but I would just have to wait. Today I received my account. Of course, there was no deduction even though the ADSL has been unusuable for more than two weeks. The phone works, it's just the internet that is unavailable. And I STILL have not had a single call from AN YONE from Telkom. Their records confirm every fact I've stated (as mentioned by their support desk). Do you think they will refund me for the data I've been using via Vodacom thanks to mobile hotspot functionality? And I still have 18 months of painful Telkom contract to live with.

correction: I was so angry about the long downtime that I misread the invoice. For the first time ever, telkom DID include a rebate for the interrupted service. Now, if only they would fix the problem...

Telkom technician arrived this morning and sorted it out within 30 minutes. Apparently the problem was related to two numbers sharing the same line, or something like that. Strange, because the phone was working all the time. Whatever, after 18 days, my ADSL line is working again. Thanks to hellopeter.
