Adsl Nov special -still no installation date

I app**** for the Nov Adsl 10mbps special for home use. Had to pay my deposit with in a week. Did it. Eventually got a installation date for 8 jan 2018 by the end of Dec......no technician pitched!!! Up to now, after calling every second day, I have an escalation ref number.....a technician will phone me for installation....2weeks later NOTHING YET!!!
