adsl not working for weeks

For weeks I have been battling my adsl I call mweb they say telkom I call telkom reset ports and yet the adsl still doesn't work. I've actually had enough of calling and calling and using my data as well. Paying for a service and can't even use it. I have reached boiling point as I can't wake up and go to sleep anymore without being let down by my adsl. <div><br></div><div><em>(Supplier name changed from Mweb to Telkom by Hellopeter.com)</em></div>
