ADSL not working

Good day,<br> <br> My previous complaint was on the 23rd of December 2015, ref no SM180842.. As of yet no one has contacted me regarding the fault on my line. This is poor customer service and I need to pay for a service I am not receiving. <br> <br> I can see a lot of the technicians driving around the area, and sitting under the trees in the shade, but none of them are actually working. Doesn't look like the have anyone they report to, thus the bad quality of service from them.
