ADSL not working 4 days after installation

Installed ADSL line 1 week ago on 19 November 2019. 4 days later and the line is not working. Have logged a fault. But seriously not even one week and already issues. If this will be the norm then please send your technicians to come and remove the line and service. This is day 7 and I am still within my cool off period. Some response will be appreciated.
