ADSL not working

Despite numerous complaints lodged and several attempts to resolve (including the attempts by the very helpful Jose at Bluff Telkom), my ADSL problem still has not been resolved<br> <br> We are supposed to have a 4 meg line - The technicians have assured us that for the area we are staying in we can go up to 20M/B p/sec.<br> <br> However except for 2 days (after Jose intervened and assisted us when the speeds were very good) we are not even able to get 500kilobytes per second.<br> <br> I sincerely hope that Telkom is not expecting me to pay for a 4Meg line, for this poor service.<br> <br>
