Adsl not fixed fir 2 weeks

It's the 2nd week without internet due to faulty ADSL line and landline and I have been logging the fault online till today I di follow up with telkom and it's such disgusting service we pay for .All I get is new references numbers and how on earth do work from home with such circumstances.
