Adsl not fixed

I reported a fault Telkom SA: Dear Customer, Ticket *** is created for service ***. We will fix the issue soon. Please do not reply to the SMS. No one has come out to fix this problem and i get this message TelkomSA: Dear Customer, Fault Reference ***8 has been closed. Please do not reply to this SMS.
