ADSL not cancelled after 4 months and now Telkom sends me LETTER OF DEMAND !!!!

<p>Cancelled my ADSL in March..... still getting bills..... now I have received a LETTER OF DEMAND from Telkom........ Have been to the Centurion Mall branch 4 times to sort this out.... STILL NOT DONE..... "we will escelate" is the common answer.</p> <p> </p> <p>A LETTER OF DEMAND NOW INITIATES LEGAL CONSEQUENCES. PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU HAVE 24 HOURS TO HAVE THIS ISSUE RESOLVED OR THIS WILL GO TO THE NEWSPAPERS AND MY LEGAL TEAM.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please do not provide me with a "copy and paste" response. </p> <p> </p> <p>I request verbal communication before close of buisness TODAY, not a reply that YOU WILL LOOK INTO IT !!</p> <p> </p> <p>Clock is ticking ...... awaiting your response.........</p>
