ADSL, no ADSL, ADSL, no ADSL
2014, 24 February, 6 June, 12 November, 27 November. Then 2015 (so far), 26 February, 2 March, 22 March. These are the dates that our ADSL line has gone down. Each time Telkom gives themselves two days to fix it. But those two days usually include deadlines that I have to meet. This weekend I spent R100 buying data to replace the ADSL connectivity. Telkom sends an SMS to say it is fixed, but it isn't. They're not willing to discuss that there may be a longer term problem, although I have raised it by phone. No one seems to be on duty to FIX the problems over weekends, so we just have to wait, and make a plan at our own expense. I am quite appalled.
